These Terms shall apply to all relationships related to the use of this service between users and us.

Users must not engage in the following actions: 1. Actions that violate laws or public order and morals. 2. Actions that infringe intellectual property rights. 3. Actions that damage or interfere with server or network functions. 4. Unauthorized reproduction, redistribution, or sale of patch files.

We do not guarantee that this service is free from factual or legal defects. Installation and use of patches are performed at the user’s own risk, and we assume no responsibility whatsoever.

All copyrights to patch files, images, texts, and other materials provided through this service belong to us. Use beyond the scope of personal use is prohibited.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court.

The Japanese version of these Terms shall be the official text. In the event of any discrepancies between translations, the Japanese version shall prevail.
